This is a monthly retainer for us to offer 6 hours of coding, editing, and maintenance of your website. It allows us to fix issues found on your website, keep your website up–to–date with software your website may be utilizing, edit/add content as you may require and other basic coding needs. This does not include hardcore coding services such as PHP/MySQL, Ruby, CGI, etc., development, and troubleshooting. This is only for regular content, XHTML, CSS and basic PHP. Anything beyond the dedicated 6 hours per month will be charged based on our service hourly rates.
We only work with WordPress and while it is a powerful content management system, it does not mean it is completely secure on its own and free of vulnerabilities. Just as any store front, just locking the doors is not enough protection or security. You must do what you can to protect it and prevent intruders from taking over and wreaking havoc on your business.
Installing an SSL on your domain will greatly enhance your protection and highly recommended even if you do not have an ecommerce store, but even that alone will not be enough. Let us perform all the necessary steps to protect your WordPress website by installing & configuring all required plugins.

Whether it’s a new logo you need or a customization of your existing logo, our designers are available for the challenge. You may receive upwards of 10-15 logo ideas from our designers and you will be working with them to finalize which logo you like best. We allow up to 20 revisions but are normally completed within 5 revisions.
We have something special we've been giving our clients for years now called the "Whatever Hours" or "WH" for short. WH are amazing bonuses, because these are additional hours logged by our staff to do anything and everything you want for free! However, not all packages and services we offer will include WH and these can only be used after the scope of work is complete. When the scope of work is complete, our staff will then log additional time until your WH are used up. If the extra request requires more time, you will have the option to pay for additional work.
