
Business Development Contractor LOI
This agreement is made and effective this (MM/DD/YY),

Conxn, Inc (the "Company"), a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the Texas, with its head office located at:
500 N Shoreline Blvd Suite 706 Corpus Christi, TX 78401 |
RECITALS
- Contractor is willing to be employed by Company on the terms, covenants, and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
- Contractor is able to work at least 10 hours per week.
- Contractor will be compensated by a retainer of $1,000/m.
- Contractor will also be compensated by commissions as followed:

- 4% of all Credit Repair Agency Launch (CRAL) opportunities sold by sales reps managed under Conxn Inc. that has been referred by Contractor directly. Or for directly selling and closing a CRAL opportunity with a lead generated by Company.
- 8% of all CRAL opportunities as commissions sold by Contractor directly that are originally generated by Contractor. Business Development Contractor Agreement for Conxn, Inc. Page 1 of 6
- 1% of all CRAL opportunities sold by sales reps managed under Company for any partnerships originated and closed by Contractor. All strategic deals will be in coordination with Senior VP and terms will require written approval from Senior VP or CEO as approving authorities as a qualified override commission contract.
- 1% of all credit repair service sales commissions sold for agencies by sales reps managed under Credit Manager, Inc. from partnerships originated and closed by Contractor with assistance from Director level or Senior Officers in Company. All strategic deals will be in coordination with Senior VP and terms will require written approval from Senior VP or CEO as approving authorities as a qualified override commission contract.
- 10% of website project sales and 5% of ongoing monthly, residual services
revenue sold and managed under Rank Above Others, Inc. Payment of
commissions on the web project sales will be distributed upon final payment of
the project.
